Today I spent quite a bit of time thinking about the concepts of ownership, compensation, free and not so free exchange and Appreciation. They are all related. As soon as we are clear about what it means to value what we do and appreciate what others do (and tell them) everything shifts. Values get re-assigned and true worth becomes self evident. Honor, respect and love freely flow. *Money may (or may not) be part of the exchange.*
